The Chi Chi is a crossbreed of the Chihuahua and Chinese Crested. This tiny will grow no more than 12 inches tall and weigh no more than 11 pounds. There’s a lot to love about this adorable doggo, though. If you’ve never heard of the Chi Chi before, then you’re in luck. You can check out some of the Chi Chi photos below to see how adorable this small pooch is.

Chi Chis are known for being energetic and alert, but they make great apartment dogs due to their small size. However, they might do better in a larger home with a fenced-in yard. This will allow them to get their energy out more easily. In addition, this is a vocal crossbreed. Not only will they bark to alert you of something, but they will also bark to get your attention or to listen to themselves talk.

This pooch is sensitive and doesn’t tolerate being home alone for too long. They’re prone to separation anxiety, so if you’re at work all day, make sure someone else is home. Or, have a dog walker check in on them or bring your pooch to doggy daycare.

Chi Chis aren’t a huge fan of other dogs, so that that doggy daycare might sound backward. However, with proper training and early socialization, they can get used to strangers and other dogs. In other words, going to doggy daycare once or twice a week will be good for them.
