The Chilier dog is a crossbreed between the Chihuahua and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. This doggo is a small hybrid that will grow to be no taller than 12 inches and weigh no more than 12 pounds. So, if you’re looking for a smaller dog breed, then this pooch might be the right one for you. In addition, they come in a variety of coat colors and markings. To see for yourself, check out the Chilier photos shown below.

If you have a family with young kids, then you’re in luck. The Chilier is affectionate with its family members and is great with kids. They’re playful too, so children and this crossbreed make excellent playmates. However, it would be best if you always supervise the dog and kids together. This pooch is typically laid-back and pretty calm, though.

They’ll even get along well with other dogs, though they might be wary of strangers at first. On the other hand, the Chilier is sensitive and doesn’t like to be home alone. So, if you don’t have another dog in the house and you have to be out all day, make sure someone can visit. Otherwise, this pup is prone to separation anxiety.

The Chilier is a lot of fun and will be a delight to have in any home. However, they do have a stubborn streak and can be difficult to train. So, starting early is a must.
