Huskydoodle Photos

What’s a Huskydoodle? It’s a medium to large dog breed cross between the Siberian Husky and the Poodle. This pooch will stand anywhere between 14 and 25 inches tall and weigh between 45 and 60 pounds. Males are typically a little bit bigger than females. There’s a lot to love about this adorable hybrid, so take a look at the Huskydoodle photos shown below.
While it’s up to genetics, most Huskydoodle tend to have a double coat from the Husky parent that’s wiry and curly from the Poodle parent. In addition, Poodles are hypoallergenic, while Siberian Huskies are heavy shedders. So, Huskydoodles, unfortunately, are not hypoallergenic. However, weekly brushing and frequent trips to the grooming salon should keep the shedding at bay.
A Friendly Dog
Huskydoodles are overall friendly dogs. They won’t make great guard dogs because they’re friendly with just about anyone. They’re affectionate with their family members and will be just fine with other dogs and strangers as long as they are socialized well from a young age. In addition, Huskydoodles will do better around older children than younger kids. This is because Huskydoodles have a lot of energy and may accidentally be too rough with the smaller kids.
Also, they have high energy levels and will require at least 60 minutes of physical activity and mental stimulation every day. This pooch will love to be part of an active family to go hiking or jogging. If you can keep up with the grooming and the energy, Huskydoodles are a delightful family dog.
