Also known as the Little River Duck Dog, Decoy Dog, or the Yarmouth Toller, these doggos are the smallest retriever breed. However, they’re medium-sized dogs. This doggo makes an excellent family companion dog. For instance, they’re affectionate with family members and great with young kids. They’re also good with other dogs in the household. However, they might be wary of meeting strangers. Luckily, they’re eager to please, so they’re easy to train. In addition, they have high energy levels and require a lot of physical activity and mental stimulation. This pooch would love to have a bigger house with a fenced-in yard.
