Rodney was found by the side of the road as a tiny puppy. He was hours from death, starving and completely devoid of fur. We stayed up for days with Rodney, sure he wouldn’t make it through the next hour. But he did…
People all over the world applied for Rodney but we soon settled on Cam and Carys from Wales. They came over to meet him before he travelled and even got engaged at the land. Now, Rodney lives in Wales with his mum and dad and doggy brother Khabib and has turned into a big handsome boy.

While most street dogs who need medical attention can be back with their packs within the day, some need more serious medical attention.
These are the dogs who come to stay at our sanctuary at Happy Doggo Land. Dogs who have been hit by cars, who have been badly abused, or even need to lose some weight, come to us for care and rehabilitation. Often, they’re able to go back and live their lives normally but sometimes they’re rehomed. In this case, they stay with us until they’re ready to travel.
