Hank!

Hank was found in the jungle with a huge gash on his neck. His owners told us to keep him - they didn’t want him anymore. It took a while due to his size but we eventually found him a forever home in Thailand. But sadly, things didn’t work out…

We knew the chances of finding him a second home were slim to none, Niall’s house was dog free, and both of them loved each other… Hank’s forever home was sorted. He now lives with Niall in his apartment and acts as nurse to many sick dogs.

Dogs at our sanctuary

While most street dogs who need medical attention can be back with their packs within the day, some need more serious medical attention.

These are the dogs who come to stay at our sanctuary at Happy Doggo Land. Dogs who have been hit by cars, who have been badly abused, or even need to lose some weight, come to us for care and rehabilitation. Often, they’re able to go back and live their lives normally but sometimes they’re rehomed. In this case, they stay with us until they’re ready to travel.
